Founder & CEO

Since 2015, our managing director, Jimmy Escoto has been serving the citizens of Webb County, listening to their protests as their Webb County Appraisal Review Board Chairman. Over the course of his appointment, he acquired extensive professional knowledge, and vast experience in the real property tax system. During the 6 years of being part of the Webb County ARB, they made determinations and certified annual rolls in appraised values of over 120 billion dollars in the areas of commercial, residential property, minerals (oil & gas), personal property, and industrial values. His position as chairman has allowed him to acquire not only vast experience, but the experience necessary to protest in favor of your interests.

Furthermore, over the past 25 years, Jimmy has also been the founder of several successful companies including construction & land development, distribution of goods (reverse logistics), and in the retail sector. Therefore, he understands the importance of running a prosperous business with minimized costs in property taxes. Jimmy also served as the Managing Director for the Latin American Division of World Light Tech, a renewable energy company. Finally, during the years 2014 to 2018, Jimmy was a Court Appointed Receiver for a home health services company. These wide variety of professional opportunities and achievements have allowed Jimmy to have experience and understanding in wide variety of business sectors. Our managing director has found himself on both sides of the table, and has the tools and knowledge necessary to defend your cases to acquire the maximum savings available!
